Margaret Kludt

Margaret Kludt, age 85, a 8 year resident of Armada, and formerly from the Romeo area, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital Center in Clinton Twp.  Margaret was born April 6, 1923 in Detroit, the daughter of William H. and Annie (Hart) Browne.  She married Arthur Kludt on August 6, 1941 in Ohio and he preceded her in death in 1996.  Her hobbies were her sports cars, (especially her Corvettes), snowmobiling with her family & friends and playing cards. Along with her husband and family, they were long time members of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Washington Twp.      Margaret is survived by her son, Mark (Roxanna) Kludt of Howard City, MI. and her special daughter Brenda Kludt.   Also survived by grandchildren Kathryn (Paul) Szczesny , Brent Kludt, Stefanie Jarmer, Ron & Tyan Griffee.  Great grandchildren include Kaitlyn, Alec, & Chad Szczesny, Matthew Kludt & Ella Jarmer. One sister, Anna (Bob) Caldwell survives.  She was preceded in death by her son Jim Kludt along with her brother Billy Browne.      Funeral services will take place on Thursday at 2 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with Rev. Mark Evans of St. John Lutheran Church of Romeo officiating.  Burial will follow in the Romeo Cemetery.  Arrangements by the Henry M.
