Marvin Loren Woodruff age 69 passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at McClaren Macomb Hospital. Marvin was born in Pontiac, Michigan on September 5, 1950 the son of LaVern and Mildred (Reaume). He graduated from Avondale High School in 1969 and then he was drafted into the military. On July 31, 1970 he married Debra Cullimore in Fort Knox, Kentucky. After being with General Motors for many years he retired as a Quality Control Inspector in 2006. Marvin loved being with his family, he loved playing the guitar and drums. He was a big fan of movies, notably Star Trek and Westerns, He took a liking to the Japanese culture and collecting different Samurai swords. Marvin was a Detroit Tigers fan as well. He enjoyed playing pool and darts with his kids.   Marvin is survived by his loving wife Debra of Washington Twp. Children; Aaron (Jenny) of North Carolina, Ryan of Texas, Tim (Alicia) of Imlay City, Nicole of Washington Twp, Kyle of South Dakota, Trae of Wisconson, and Brittany (Andrew) McNiff of St. Clair. Grandchildren; Gavin, Hannah, Kylah, Faith, Bradley, Fenix, Alayna, Trentyn, Adalene, and Carter. Siblings; Joann (Chuck) Greenthal, Betty Lockhart, and Dale (Pat). A talk will take place on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 5:30 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12-6.
