Michael F. Malburg

Michael F. Malburg, age 65, a lifelong Macomb County resident, passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Beaumont Hospital in Troy. Mike was born in Mt Clemens on June 15, 1949, the son of Leonard and Virginia (Wessel) Malburg. After graduating from St Lawrence High School, Mike started “Mike’s Catering’, serving many of the tool & die shops in Macomb County. Mike was currently employed at “Comau Industries” in Novi, where he worked as an industrial electrician. His hobbies include gardening and fishing. Mike is survived by his wife Linda Lee (Taylor) Malburg who he married on February 16, 2000 in Las Vegas. He is also survived by his two children: Nicole Jarrett of Lake Orion & Michael (Rosa) Malburg of Macomb Township. Grandchildren include Matthew Jarrett, Isabella Rose and Michael C. Malburg, & Austin & Landon Chamberlain. Siblings include Delores and Walter Pfeil of Lambertville, MI., Lenny (May) Malburg of Fountain Hill, Arizona, and Dianne (Leo) Lange of Lansing, MI. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 from 2-8 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo Michigan. Donations to the family would be appreciated.
