Myles D. Markey

Myles D. Markey, age 86 a Romeo resident since 1954 passed away on November 18, 2013 at Angela Hospice in Livonia, Michigan. Myles was born March 18, 1927 the son of Thomas and Helen (Parks). First and foremost he was a family man. He loved to garden and was an avid trout fisherman. Myles was a Dentist in the community for forty years. He was very involved in the community where he was on the planning commission, council, and eventually becoming the Village President. Myles is survived by sons John (Beth) of Farmington Hills, Jim (Theresa) of Pinckney, and Myles (Kim) of Ann Arbor along with fourteen grandchildren. A Memorial Celebration will be on Saturday November 23, 2013 from 1-4 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home. Burial will be at Romeo Cemetery.
