Nancy Lee Engel

Nancy Lee Engel, age 77, a 42 year resident of Dryden, MI, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2022. Nancy was born on July 28, 1945 in Armada, MI, daughter of Mary and George Steiner. Nancy was a Romeo High School graduate who eventually married her high school sweetheart, Michael Louis Engel in 1964. A woman before her time, she advanced herself to receive a degree in accounting and owned and operated Bolle Metal Fabrication in Armada, MI and other businesses throughout her life. She had a love and passion for animals and operated Tel-Star Morgan Farms out of her home in Dryden for many years. In their spare time she and her beloved husband Michael enjoyed bowling and vacationing to warm tropical islands and going on cruises. She was a devout Catholic and attended St. Cornelius Catholic Church in Dryden. Nancy is survived by her daughters, Mary Kay (Erv) Kade of Lake Orion and Jacquelyn A. Engel of Palo Alto, CA, and son Scott Engel of Davison. Grandchildren, Dylan and Chris Kade and Caelan Fleming. Preceded in death by her loving husband Michael, sister Shirley, and brother Tom.
