Paul E Hoxsey

Paul E. Hoxsey, age 78, a lifelong resident of Romeo passed away on June 26, 2022 at Macomb Mclaren Hospital. Paul was born on July 29, 1943 son of Glen and Marian (Schoenherr). Paul graduated from Romeo High School in 1961, from there he went to Michigan State University for 2yrs studying Agriculture. He also worked for Ford Tractors at a Plant in Texas, and spent most of his waking life working as a Farmer and a Ferrier. Paul enjoyed horses, golf, barrel racing and many sports, especially watching the Tigers play baseball. Also loved watching his grandson play sports! Paul is survived by Sally Jo, and Jan “Beany” Rutkowski. Daughter, Stephanie (Kenny) Goike, Brother Phil (Roni) Hoxsey, Sister Karen (Doug) Boggs, and two grandchildren, Kenny Paul and Peyten Goike. Preceded in death by his beloved son, Tony Hoxsey. Local arrangements made by the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home.
