Robert Arthur Perry, Jr

Robert Arthur Perry Jr., age 54, a resident of Shelby Twp. and formerly from Waterford. passed away at his home with his loving family by his side on August 3, 2009 after a courageous battle fighting his COPD. Robert was born December 6, 1954 in Sumter, South Carolina, the son of Robert Sr. and Kathleen (Boden) Perry. Robert was a carpenter for many years working for various contractors. His love of life was his Harley Davison bikes. Robert is survived by his children Robert Arthur Perry III, Nicholas Allen (Jenny) Perry and his daughter Delainey (Sean) Casey. Also survived by his adoring grandchildren Makayla, Kyle, & Katie along with his mother Kathleen Perry. Sibling includes Matt, Gene, Mike (Michelle) Perry and Debbie (Paul) Johnson, Katie (Gary) Dodds, and Mary Patterson. Also survived by his best friend & companion, his dog, Diamond. Funeral services will take place on Friday, August 7 at 7 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo. Visitation will be on Friday from 2—7 PM.
