Robert C. Gurdon

Robert C. Gurdon, age 66, a 30 year Romeo area resident passed away at his home on Wednesday, January 23, 2008.  Robert was born Sept 18, 1941 in Cass City, MI., the son of Charles and Mary Virginia (Kuhl) Gurdon.  He married Geraldine Jankowiak in January of 1964.  Robert retired from Pontiac Motors in the year 2000 after working for 35 years as an assembler.  He was an avid sports fan, loved to tinker in his garage,  watch old movies, had a great sense of humor and was everyone's favorite uncle.  Robert served his Country in the Coast Guard.   Robert is survived by his wife Geraldine of Romeo, children Andrea & Kevin also of Romeo and a sister Marie Walton of Nevada.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Ellen Toner of Cass City.   Funeral services were private.  Arrangements by the Henry M.
