Robert N. Jaynes

Robert N. Jaynes, age 46, a 20 year resident of New Haven and formerly from Romeo, passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 in Port Huron. Robert was born February 6, 1961 in Romeo, the son of Robert and Joann (Cole) Jaynes.  Robert worked as a truck driver for S and F Construction Company in Ray Township.  Along with his father, they had previously worked many years at the Gilcher Orchards in Washington Twp.  Robert's hobbies included being a mechanic on the ARCA Racing circuit, deer hunting, fishing, and all types of mechanic work.      Robert is survived by his mother Joann and his brother Michael (Joyce) Jaynes and special sister Flo Marth all of Romeo .  Also survived by his beloved friend Sue Carpenter along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, & uncles. Robert was preceded in death by his father, Robert K. Jaynes on May 22, 1997.      Funeral serv+ices will take place on Saturday at 1 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with the Rev. Stacy Salles of St Paul's Episcopal Church of Romeo officiating.  Donations to the family would be appreciated.  A funeral luncheon will take place directly after the service at the Veterans Old Settles Post in Shelby Twp.  (Just north of 24 mile Rd on Van Dyke on Wilson Drive) Visitation: Visitation Times Henry M.
