Robert "Rob" William White

Robert William Rob White, age 34, a lifelong Romeo area resident, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2009.  Rob was born July 7, 1974 in Rochester Hills, MI., the son of Ronald and Pamela (Hawkins) White.  Rob graduated from Romeo High School and attended Oakland Community College.  Along with his father Ron, they were the founders/owners of R. White Services Inc.  They served landscape architect needs, lawn services, and snow removal, for the Romeo area for years.  Rob was a devoted husband, father, son, grandson, brother, and was a friend to all.  Rob's dry humor and his gift of life will be missed by all.  His love of the Detroit Tigers was legionary, and he was also a Detroit Lions fan, U. of M. fan, and enjoyed all types of sports.     Rob is survived by his wife Amy, children: Reese, Rose, & Val, father Ronald (Christine) of Ray Twp., and his mother Pamela Techow of Columbiaville.  Grandparents include William (Elizabeth) White of Romeo and siblings include:  Ronee Whitaker and her children Cheyenne & Dominic of Columbiaville, Michael White and his daughter Michela of Armada ,  Rachel White & her son Andrew of Romeo and Lainey & Logan White.  Rob's Godparents include Tina (Brian) Fogler of Oakland Twp., and William (Mary Grace) White of Sterling Heights.  Rob was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert & Muriel Hawkins.      Funeral services will take place on Saturday, Jan 31, at 10 AM at St Clement Catholic Church of Romeo with Fr. John (Fr. Doc) Ortman officiating. Visitation will take place on Friday from 1-9 at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo.  Donations for Rob's children would be appreciated.
