Roberta Marie Trobaugh

Roberta Marie Trobaugh, age 84, a resident of Bruce Township since 2010, passed away Thursday, June 20, 2024 at her home. Roberta was born September 19, 1939 in Mount Clemens, Michigan, the daughter of Robert C. and Marian L. (Eby) Alexander. Roberta graduated from Romeo High School, Class of 1957. She married Kenneth Trobaugh on September 11, 1963. Kenneth was in the United States Air Force, and she supported him as they traveled to many different places together. Kenneth preceded Roberta in death on February 14, 2001. Roberta worked as a baker for Walmart for 15 years. She enjoyed reading, watching the weather, and feeding her pet chipmunks.

Roberta is survived by her daughter Robyn (Garry Yancey) Trobaugh, of Chattanooga Tennessee, brother Bob Alexander of Bruce Township, nephew Bobby Alexander of Bruce Township, sister Maureen Alexander, brother-in-law Larry (Betty Jo) Trobaugh of Bowling Green Kentucky, beloved pen pal Brenda Ress of Beaver Creek, Ohio, and many nieces and nephews. Roberta is predeceased by her parents, Robert and Marian Alexander, husband Kenneth, and sister-in-law Margaret Alexander.

Visitation will be held Friday, June 28, 2024, from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home.
