Roberto Garcia Vega

Roberto Garcia Vega, age 70, of Washington Township passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 23, 2014. Roberto was born January 14, 1944 in Mexico, the son of Ruben and Maria (Vega) Garcia. Roberto worked for many years at area golf courses in maintenance and retired from the Orchard’s Golf Course in Washington Township. Roberto was well known for enjoying a good party with his many family members and friends. Roberto is survived by his wife Maria Del Carmen, children: Martha Garcia, Remedios Garcia, Antonio Garcia, Luis Garcia, Jesus Garcia, Roberto Garcia, Jr., Jose Garcia and Jorge Garcia all of Washington Township. Grandchildren include Juan, Antonio, Erick, Antonio, Oscar, Jesus, Adrian, Ivan, Angel, Luis, Leandro, Geobany, Andrea, Erica, Jeylin, Jimena, Maria, Giselle, Evelyn and Alexandra. Also survived by great grandchildren Alexander and Dilan along with siblings: Elvira Garcia, Guadalupe Garcia, Carmela Garcia, Juana Garcia, Alberto Garcia and Pedro Garcia all of California. Funeral services will take place on Friday, December 26 at 7 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with Fr. Jerry Kessel officiating. Visitation will be on Friday from 3��" 7 PM when the service will start. Burial will take place at panteon la Esperanza in Cotija De La Michoacán in Mexico.
