Roger Klein, age 69, passed away on February 27, 2022. He was the devoted Husband of Carol for 34 years, loving Father of Sara (Dan), and Megan (Jordan), and adoring Grandfather “Puppa” to Logan. Roger was born on February 24, 1953 in Mount Clemens to Nicholas and Elaine. Growing up and throughout his life he loved sports, cars, hunting, fishing, boating, and enjoying the outdoors. Roger graduated from Romeo High School in 1971 and then went to trade school to become a master electrician. He worked his whole life as an electrician, project manager, and estimator. He could solve any problem, fix anything, and build anything. He finally happily retired in December 2020. Family was very important to Roger. He really enjoyed family get-togethers. He loved hunting with his dad, brothers, nephews, and great-nephews and was always there for his mom and sisters. Roger very easily made friends with his genuine, kind demeanor and willingness to help anyone in any way he could. He selflessly spent his life helping others. Roger met and fell in love with Carol in 1986 and were happily married a year later. They were partners in everything and worked together to build a beautiful life for their daughters. They were excited to celebrate their 35th Wedding Anniversary this year. Roger loved adventures, he was never scared to try new things and encouraged his daughters to be brave and chase their dreams, always supporting them. He led by example and taught them to always give 100%. His legacy will live on in them, their husbands, and his grandson. Roger loved teaching his son-in-law’s different skills and was lovingly referred to as “The Wizard” by them because he could do anything. Roger absolutely loved being a grandpa, Logan and him were the best buddies ever since he was born. They loved playing together and Puppa loved teaching Logan new things, one of the first words he taught him was “smoke detector.” Roger is survived by his Wife Carol Klein, Daughters Sara (Dan) Wallace, and Megan (Jordan) Miller, Grandson Logan Wallace, Mother Elaine Klein, and Siblings Daniel (Christine) Klein, Janet (Donald) Courdway, Kathy (John) Critzon, and Donald (Michelle) Klein. He was preceded in death by his Father, Nicholas Klein. Rogers wishes were to not have a funeral service.
