Ronald C. Burrell

Ronald C. Burrell (R.C.), age 74, a lifelong Ray Township resident passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at his home. Ron was born on September 8, 1947to Charles and Gladys (Ahrens). He served in the United States Army from 1967 until 1969. On August 29,1975 he married the love of his life, Melody Barr. He took pride of being able to spend over 35 years working for Ford Motor Company before retiring. Ron loved his family more than anything and he loved to fish, hunt and tinkering around and building things. Ron is survived by his loving wife Melody of Ray Township. Children; Theresa (Scott) Jackson of Ray Twp., Veronica (Clint) Sparks-Burrell of Allenton, Corinna Burrell of Oxford, and Jessica Burrell of Ray Twp. Grandchildren; Kelsey, Robert (Amber), Ashley, Kyle, Adriana, Anthony, Jackson, and Melody.One great grandchild Aurora. One sister Sandra Sky of Emmett, Michigan. Ron is predeceased by both of his parents, two sisters and a grandson. Funeral services will be private.
