Ronald Steffens

Ronald Steffens, age 85, passed away at Troy Beaumont on May 18, 2022. Ronald was born on May 28, 1936 in Mt. Clemens, MI., only son of Wilma and Arnold Steffens. Ronald married the love of his life Nadine (Garbe) at St. Johns Lutheran on June 28, 1958, together for 64 beautiful years. Ronald enjoyed traveling, camping, golf, reading, hunting, woodworking, and just spending time in the outdoors. Ron grew up in Fraser, MI. He was a proud graduate from Michigan State and worked for 30 years at General Motors in finance. Ronald is survived by his wife Nadine and their children; Kathy (Steve Wallace) Day of Arlington Heights, IL, Richard (Susan ) Steffens of Oconomowoc, WI, and Brian (Michelle) Steffens of Macomb Twp. Wonderful Grandfather to 15, and Great grandfather to 19, also a beloved Uncle and friend to so many.. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022 at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Washington Twp. at 10 am. Visitation will be at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home on Sunday, May 22, 2022 from 2-6pm.
