Rosemary Clara Harris

Rosemary Clara Harris, age 69, of Washington Township passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at the Wellbridge Nursing Facility in Romeo. Rosemary was born April 10, 1947 in Detroit, the daughter of Donald and Charlotte (Nowaske) Mailloux. She married Charles Harris, Sr., on February 5, 1977 in Utica. Rosemary enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting, and for a short period of time, she enjoyed working at the Lionel Train company in Mt Clemens. Rosemary is survived by her husband Charles, children: Sherry Blackston of Ohio, Dale Harris also of Ohio, Lisa (Jim) Yaxley of Addison Township, Rick (Terri) Harris of Shelby Township, Carrie (Todd) Nowaczyk of Romeo, Charlie (Amber) Harris of Almont and Danny (Kayla) Harris of Shelby Township. Also survived by 24 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and siblings: Donald Mailloux of Florida, Beverly Lord of Macomb, Kathleen Simonetti of Romeo, and Mary Grabinski of Clinton Township. Funeral services will take place on Monday, September 12 at 10 AM at St Clement Catholic Church of Romeo. Visitation will take place on Sunday from 2-8 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo Michigan and on Monday from 9:30 AM till the Mass starts at 10 AM at St Clement. Donation to Karmonas Cancer would be appreciated.
