Rosemary Watson, age 84, passed away peacefully at her home under hospice care, on Thursday, May 24, 2018 with her family at her side. Rosemary was born on July 21, 1933 in Detroit Michigan to Stephen and Rose (Bayer) Kecskes. She married the late Warren B. Watson May 1, 1954 at Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Detroit. She was a member of St Anastasia Catholic Church in Troy, Michigan. Rosemary became a Medical Assistant, working in Warren for Dr. Sydney Miller, OB/GYN for 12 years, retiring in 1985. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, being a Girl Scout leader for 10 years and traveling around the states in their RV. Rosemary was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church of Romeo since 2008. Rosemary was the Wonderful mother of; Michelle (Jeff) Sparling of Warren, Steven (Terry) Watson of Grosse Ile, Cindy (Gary) House of Washington Twp, and Scott (Bobette) Watson of Oxford; an Awesome Grammy of 10 grandchildren; Christina (Michael) Neirinck, Lauren (Peter) Bingham, Amanda House, Aurielle Sparling, Brianna Watson, Stefan Watson, Ryan Watson, Zachary Watson and Gage Bolton; and Terrific Great Grandmother “G-G” to Simon Edward Bingham and Charles Warren Bingham; and her only sister Dorothy “Dottie” (Roy) Gillette of Clinton Twp. The family would like to thank the following caregivers for their excellent loving care of Mom: Jamie Cotter, Home Helpers, Bay Nursing, All About Comfort, and Residential Hospice. A Memorial Service will take place on June 30, 2018 at 10:30am at St Paul's Episcopal Church of Romeo. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to The Humane Society, Salvation Army, St Jude Children’s Research or Residential Hospice.
