Ryan M. Payne

Ryan M. Payne, age 46, a resident of Clarkson, passed away on November 30, 2022. Ryan was born January 5, 1976 in Rochester, Michigan, the son of Frank and Loretta (Cotter) Payne. Ryan graduated from Romeo High School in 1994. He worked construction all his life; he was known as “The Big D/G.O.A.T.” by his sons. Ryan loved spending time with his boys, and supporting them in sports. He also enjoyed golfing, fishing, and watching sports.

Ryan is survived by his parents, Frank and Loretta Payne of Bruce Township, his lifetime partner, Rachel Thompson, sons Keegan, Nolan, Jaxon, and Landon, siblings Jill (Caleb) Ward, Derek Payne of Dryden, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

There will be a celebration of life held on Monday December 5, 2022 from 2-8pm at the VFW (70455 McVicar, Romeo, Michigan 48065).
