Shirley K. Grobbel, age 86, a lifelong resident of Romeo/Bruce Township, passed away at her home on November 10, 2015. The daughter of Leo and Ethel (Schoenherr) Jenuwine. She married Jon Grobbel on October 5, 1957 at St. Annes Catholic Church in Warren, Michigan. Shirley loved to crochet, sew, and complete crosswords and also loved watching her grandchildren. She also has a love for cats. Shirley is survived by her children; Dan (Pam) Grobbel of Macomb Township, Matt (Charlotte) of Bruce, Jennifer (Joe) White of Bruce, Annette Mager of Bruce, and Micholle (Joe) Israel of Romeo. Also survived by her brothers; Tom (Dorothy) Jenuwine, Dale Jenuwine, Norm (Nadean) Jenuwine and sisters; Donna (Ray) Hyek, and Lois (Jerry) Horn, sister in laws Anne and Lorraine Jenuwine, eleven grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her pre infant son Jeffrey David, brothers John Jenuwine, Joe (Marie) Jenuwine, Gary Jenuwine, and Mark Jenuwine. Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 14, 2015 at 10 AM at St. Clement Catholic Church, Romeo, Michigan with Pastoral Minister Russ Morgan officiating. Burial will be at Christian Memorial Gardens West in Rochester Hills. Visitation will be Thursday November 12 and Friday November 13, 2015 from 3 PM until 8 PM. Local arrangements made by the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home.
