Terry Alan Heikkila

Terry Alan Heikkila born January 19th 1948, passed away December 31, 2017 at the age of 69 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Jan (Merciez) for 44 cherished years. They were married in Warren at Zion Lutheran Church on March 10th 1973. Loving father of Nicole and Christopher. Loving Father In-Law to Randy and Tiffany. Proud Papa of Luke, Jacob, Owen, Riley, Christopher, Aubrey, and Henry. Son of the late Harold and Betty Heikkila. Brother of Jerry, Jeff, and Jill. Terry proudly served his country in the US Army as an MP stationed in Germany. After his service he was an Engineer for over 30 years. His passion in life besides his family was golf and politics. He was a proud member of the NRA and Republican Party. He lived in Michigan for over 60 years, but spent the last three years of his life in South Carolina or as he referred to as his paradise. A Memorial will take place at Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home on Sunday, January 21st from 11am-5pm with a service with Rev. Eric Majeski at 4 PM.
