Thomas J. Steiner

Thomas J. Steiner, age 64, a resident of Plymouth for 3 years and formerly from Rochester, MI., passed away on Monday, June 22, 2009 in Detroit. Thomas was born July 18, 1944 in Detroit, the son of Joseph and Mary Jo (Mellon) Steiner. Thomas graduated from Romeo High School and then from Central Michigan University with his business degree. He worked for over 25 years as a stock broker, retiring from Smith-Barney Investments in Troy. He served his Country in the Navy and his hobbies include boating & listening to music. Thomas is survived by his children: Sandra (Ron Bishop) Steiner of Oak Park, IL., Christopher (Sarah) Steiner of Chicago, IL., Thomas Steiner Jr., of Huston, TX., and Laura Steiner of Asheville, N.C. Grandchildren include Colin, Caleb, & Oliver. Also survived by his sister Nancy (Mike) Engel of Dryden, MI., and he was preceded by his sister Shirley Place. Funeral services are private.
