Tommy C. Hardy

Tommy C. Hardy, age 65, a 20 year resident of Leonard, MI., and formerly from New Haven, MI., passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Crittenton Hospital in Rochester Hills, MI. Tommy was born November 16, 1945 in Johnson City, TN., the son of James S. and Charlotte (Phillips) Hardy. Tommy worked for many years at the Ford Motor Company Dupont Paint Factory in Mt Clemens, until retirement in 2004. After retiring from Ford’s, he started selling Real Estate in the Romeo area with Century 21 and Keller/Williams Real Estate Companies. His hobbies include watching football games, both college & professional and even the Detroit Lions. Tommy is survived by his son Nicholas Hardy of Clinton Township, MI., his special friend Shelley Demos, along with his siblings: Linda (Ken) Lovett of Calvert City, KY., Shirley (Charles) Johnson & Liesa (Mike) Dunn both of Paducah, KY., and Cindy (Danny) Wright of Smith Land, KY. Tommy was preceded in death by his brother David Hardy in 2008. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday at 8 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, Romeo, Michigan with David Johnson officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-8 PM.
