Virginia Jeane Osinski

Virginia Florence (Jeane) Osinski, age 81, a 20 year resident of Romeo and formerly a lifelong Detroit area resident, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2009 at the Romeo Nursing Center. Jeane was born March 5, 1928 in Detroit, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Nitkowski) Osinski. She worked for many years at Pace Industries of Detroit as an automotive assembler. Upon moving to Romeo, she enjoyed belonging to the Romeo/Washington Senior Citizens. She was also a longtime member of St Clement Catholic Church of Romeo and formerly was a member of St. Louis the King Catholic Church in Detroit. Jeane is survived by many nieces & nephews in the Detroit area. Funeral services will take place on Thursday, April 30 at 6:30 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home of Romeo with Fr. Jerry Kessell officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 2PM—6:30 PM, the hour of service.
