Virginia M. Poremba

Virginia M. Poremba, age 89, a 1 year resident of Romeo, formerly of Plymouth Michigan and Sun City Arizona for 15 years, passed away on Sunday March 19, 2017 at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills. Virginia was born on February 21, 1928 in Spring Valley Illinois the daughter of Louis Kmieciak and Marie (Stefaniak) Kmieciak. Virginia loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also loved to bake, and was known for her excellent pastries. Virginia is survived by her husband Thaddeus, son Thomas (Vickie) Poremba, daughters Mary (William) Olson, Sue (David) Hartunian and Carolyn (Christopher) Adams as well as grandchildren Vickie Ann, James, and Christopher Poremba, Eric (Adriana) Olson and Kristen Olson, Brian and Ann Hartunian, and great-grandchildren Elizabeth, Catherine and Benjamin Olson. She was predeceased by her brother Ed Kmieciak. Funeral services will take place on Sunday March 26, 2017 at NOON at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home with Deacon Kurt Godfryd officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday March 26, 2017 from 10-NOON.
