Walter S. Bailey

Walter S. Bailey, age 68, a lifelong Romeo area resident, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at the Furguson Nursing Center in Lapeer. Walter was born June 21, 1942 in Lakeville, MI., the son of George and Hazel (Dahn) Bailey. Walter worked various manufacturing jobs in and around Romeo for many years. His hobbies include fishing and snowmobiling. Walter is survived by his brother James (Diana) Bailey of Ortonville and Janice Sanday of Warren, MI. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Funeral services will take place on Monday at 2 PM at the Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Majeski of Grace Lutheran Fellowship of Romeo officiating. Burial will follow in McCafferety Cemetery in Bruce Township. Visitation will be on Monday from 10 AM till 2 PM, when the funeral will take place.
