Wanda Jadwiga Tabatowski

Wanda Jadwiga Tabatowski, 88, died Sunday morning, October 30, 2016 at the Sanctuary of Bellbrook Nursing Facility in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She was born in Detroit on July 29, 1928, to Franciszek and Katarzyna (née Caba) Makowski. She was married to Thomas Edward Tabatowski from 1948 until his sudden passing in 1967. Wanda spent many years working as a claims adjuster in the Insurance Industry. Wanda is sorely missed by her four children, Thomas (Katherine) Tabatowski, Kathy (Thomas) Schnur, Danette (Daniel) Webster, and Ann Marie (Benjamin) Tabatowski-Bush; sixteen grandchildren, Erin Schnur, Mary (Chad) Tabatowski, Betsy (J. B.) Schnur, David (Lauren) Webster, Thomas (Thomas) Tabatowski, Christopher (Alicia) Webster, Molly (Jake) Schnur-Salimbene, Daniel Webster, Stephen Tabatowski, Patrick Webster, Michael Tabatowski, Abby Tabatowski, Jamie Tabatowski-Bush, Samuel Tabatowski, Jacob Tabatowski-Bush, and Thea Tabatowski; three great-grandchildren, Francis Webster, Augustin Leverenz, and Rosie Jean Webster; sister-in-law Janine Rutkowski; dear friends Gerry and Al Witte; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to her husband and parents, Wanda was preceded in death by a daughter, Laura Sadocha, and a granddaughter, Katie Rose Tabatowski-Bush", granddaughter, Katie Rose Tabatowski-Bush, and a great-granddaughter, Winnie Danette Webster." Visitation will be on October 31, 2016 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at Henry M. Malburg Funeral Home, 11280 32 Mile Road, Romeo. A celebration of Wanda’s life is planned for a later date.
